Terms of Service

These Terms cover staticperformance.com and purchases from Static Performance. Support: staticperformance@gmail.com.

1. The service

We provide remote coaching, programming, and education. This is not medical care, physical therapy, or a diagnosis.

2. Your responsibility

You decide whether a session is appropriate. Stop and get care for chest pain, fainting, or any condition that changes what you should lift.

3. Payments

You authorize the processor to charge the method you select. We do not store full card numbers. Prices are USD unless stated.

4. Intellectual property

Programs and site copy belong to Static Performance. Do not resell a written week without written permission.

5. Liability

THE SITE AND COACHING ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED WHAT YOU PAID US FOR THAT ORDER IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

6. Changes

Continued use after a posted change is acceptance.
