Refund Policy

This policy covers paid Static Performance coaching. Free pages are free. Support: staticperformance@gmail.com.

1. Form reviews

Once notes are delivered, the sale is final, except we will redo the review if our notes do not match the lift you sent.

2. Monthly programming

Cancel before the next Sunday to stop the following cycle. The current week is not refunded once it is delivered.

3. Consults

Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund or credit. No-shows are not refunded.

4. 12-week blocks

Unused weeks after a written pause can be credited. After week four of active delivery, prepaid unused weeks are credited toward future coaching, not cash, unless Tennessee law requires otherwise.

5. Duplicates

Email time, last four, and amount. We refund processor-confirmed doubles.
